1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by Frenchiezants Family LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all services including daycare, dog walking, feeding tutorials, and training programs for French Bulldogs.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. By booking services or using our facility, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Daycare Services

Our daycare services provide supervised care for French Bulldogs in a climate-controlled environment with breed-specific activities, feeding, and socialization.

Dog Walking Services

Professional walking services tailored to French Bulldog exercise needs, including appropriate duration and intensity based on breed characteristics.

Feeding Tutorials

Educational programs providing guidance on proper nutrition, feeding schedules, and dietary requirements specific to French Bulldogs.

Training Programs

Behavioral training and obedience programs designed specifically for French Bulldog temperament and learning patterns.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Health Requirements

  • Provide current vaccination records including rabies, DHPP, and bordetella
  • Ensure your French Bulldog is in good health and free from contagious diseases
  • Notify us immediately of any health changes or concerns
  • Provide emergency veterinary contact information

Behavioral Requirements

  • Disclose any behavioral issues, aggression, or special needs
  • Ensure your French Bulldog is properly socialized for group environments
  • Provide accurate information about temperament and training history

Documentation

  • Complete all enrollment forms accurately and truthfully
  • Provide proof of ownership and licensing as required by local regulations
  • Update contact and emergency information promptly

4. Payment Terms

Fees and Billing

  • Service fees are due at the time of booking or as specified in your service agreement
  • Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts (2% per month on unpaid balances)
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Returned checks are subject to a $35 processing fee

Cancellation Policy

  • Daycare: 24-hour advance notice required for cancellation without charge
  • Dog Walking: 4-hour advance notice required
  • Training Sessions: 24-hour advance notice required
  • Package cancellations may be subject to prorated refunds based on usage

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused services. No refunds are available for services already rendered or for behavioral dismissal from our programs.

5. Liability and Insurance

Our Liability

While we maintain comprehensive liability insurance and take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of all pets in our care, you understand that pet care services involve inherent risks. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

Customer Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frenchiezants Family LLC, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your pet’s behavior, health condition, or your failure to comply with these Terms.

Emergency Medical Care

In case of medical emergency, we will make every effort to contact you and your designated veterinarian. If immediate care is required and we cannot reach you, we reserve the right to seek emergency veterinary treatment at your expense.

6. Facility Rules and Policies

Drop-off and Pick-up

  • Adhere to scheduled drop-off and pick-up times
  • Late pick-up fees apply after closing hours ($1 per minute)
  • Authorized persons only may drop-off or pick-up your pet
  • Proper leash and collar identification required

Prohibited Items

  • Toys, bedding, or food from home (unless medically necessary)
  • Flea or tick infested animals
  • Sick or injured animals
  • Unneutered males over 6 months (daycare only)

Behavioral Standards

We reserve the right to refuse service or dismiss pets that display aggressive behavior, excessive anxiety, or pose a risk to other animals or staff. Dismissal does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Privacy and Photography

We may photograph or video your pet during services for documentation, social media, or marketing purposes. By using our services, you consent to such use unless you opt-out in writing.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for:

  • Non-payment of fees
  • Violation of facility rules or policies
  • Aggressive or dangerous pet behavior
  • Fraudulent information provided during enrollment
  • Abusive behavior toward staff or other customers

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, power outages, or public health emergencies.

10. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our facility is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution Process

  1. Initial discussion with facility management
  2. Formal written complaint if initial discussion fails
  3. Mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator
  4. Binding arbitration if mediation is unsuccessful

Limitation of Claims

Any claims must be brought within one (1) year of the incident giving rise to the claim. Class action lawsuits are waived by using our services.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and at our facility. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

Material changes will be communicated via email to registered customers at least 30 days before implementation.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

By using Frenchiezants Family services, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms of Service
  • You agree to comply with all facility rules and policies
  • You understand the risks involved in pet care services
  • You accept financial responsibility for services rendered
  • You will provide accurate information about your French Bulldog

Your signature on enrollment forms or booking of services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
